Nitro for the Amiga 500 and Atari ST computers. I was the sole designer and programmer working on the project. I developed the game to 80% completion before signing up with Psygnosis. Nito received good reviews and was well regarded for it's highly addictive game-play.

With a choice of vehicles, including a rally car, formula one or buggy. Nitro includes a night time sequence in which the only glimpse of the track is that illuminated by the vehicles headlights.

Nitro is well presented, damn well executed and a lot of fun to play - 92%.

The race is, in fact, something of a free for all. None of the conventional rules apply, with drivers cutting corners, ramming the opposition and basically resorting to any dirty trick in the book. The game consists of 20 different tracks over 4 terrains (city, desert, forest and holocaust).
